HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
The Appointment Information that we collect is used generally to fulfill any appointment bookings placed through the Site, and for communication purposes.
COLLECTING CONTACT INFORMATION
Velodrop collects your phone number solely for the purpose of sending SMS messages related to your appointments. We will never share or sell your phone number to third parties for marketing purposes.
OPT-IN CONSENT
By providing your email address and booking an appointment through Velodrop, you are xplicitly consenting to receive appointment confirmation messages and related updates via email.
By providing your phone number and booking an appointment through Velodrop, you are asked for consent to receive appointment confirmation messages and related updates via SMS. We will only send you SMS messages related to your appointments. This may include appointment confirmations, reminders, and updates. We strive to keep the frequency of messages to a minimum and will not send you any marketing or promotional SMS messages. You can revoke your consent at any time by replying “STOP” to any SMS message you receive from us.

PROTECTING YOUR DATA
All data transferred between the server and client is encrypted using 256 bit AES encryption, stored safely in a secure data center and accessible only by username and password protected and authorized accounts.
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above.

PAYMENT PROCESSING
Velodrop uses Stripe, a secure and industry-leading payment processing platform, to handle all financial transactions. Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
YOUR RIGHTS
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an appointment through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. DATA RETENTION
When you book an appointment through the Site, we will maintain your Appointment Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
